The personal side of Ann:
- Wife of Dr. Stephen Mulholland
- Mother (step, adoptive or otherwise) to Luke, Gabie, Barrett,
Keaton, Molly (Talise), Chase, Destiny and Rock…eight of the most
incredible people I have ever known
- Raised in Victoria British Columbia – growing up between BC and
Hawaii
- Found out I was “not adopted” when I was in my early teens –
raised by my biological mother and a father that loved me as his own
- I thought Don Ho was my father until I met my biological father
when I was seventeen (Berne – a Hawaiian entertainer)
- Had another step-father (John – a dentist) when my mother
remarried – basically loved all three dads
- Have four sisters I grew up with and twelve (yes “12”) that my
biological father fathered (guess he’s a good entertainer).
- Two of my sisters recently passes away, one from H1N1 and the
other from cancer – I took on one of my sisters two children
(Destiny and Rock)
- Grew up with a love of the ocean, Hawaii, fishing for salmon,
children and classical music
- Love to travel but prefer my family is with me
- Love music (maybe not heavy metal)
- Don’t think rap is really music (sorry Kanye)
- I started the Honolulu Marathon, but ran straight into my hotel
after three miles and ordered a coffee and muffin – twenty years
later I finished the Scotiabank Marathon (barely)
- I was a competitive body builder (lightweight – two provincial
second place finishes).

- Love broccoli – spinach is a close second
- I am a gluten free, vegan – almost always have been
- I have never allowed my children to watch television (they sneak
it online now) – instead, they grew up camping, boating, traveling,
doing sports with the family – they are amazing
- I can cook – great Thai cook – am passionate about cooking
- I have over 2,000,000 miles with Air Canada – that means I
travel a lot
- I love board games (Scrabble, Crib, Yahtzee…even cards)
- I am leaving everything to my cat (the family loves the cat)
The professional side of Ann:
- I am a business owner running a national finance company
- I own and operate over eight corporations
- I have won over forty national and international awards
including (twice) The Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the Year,
inducted into the Hall of Fame Canada as one of Canada’s Most
Powerful Women (after thrice being named) and names as one of Rotman
School of Managements top ten female graduates
- I have won an International Stevie Award for Life Time

Kaplan”)
- I coach people on “How to be Successful”

- I am one of the stars of The Real Housewives of Toronto
- I have hosted three other tv shows
- I have written five books: “If You Don’t Laugh, You’ll Cry, The
Internet, Best Practices, Fashion Cares and, the last one, “How to
be Successful in Spite of Him Yourself”
- I still dream
The passionate side of Ann:
- I am passionate about my children – they are the most amazing
people I know
- I love family
- I believe that “Love is all there is” – it is the answer to
everything
- I am passionate about life
- I believe in living every moment to it’s fullest
- Whatever I do, I try to step it up a notch
- I do everything to the extreme
- My idea of casual is wearing one set of lashes (instead of two)
- I have a great sense of humour (according to me)
- I secretly want to be a stand-up comic
- I am passionate about life; it should be lived to the
fullest...every day
